Here is an invitation I finished a couple months ago. I convinced Holly that a black foil stamp on black paper wouldn't be a problem to read, and it wasn't, provided that they don't mind tilting the invite to read it. I'll always appreciated that Holly is willing to sacrifice a little function in favor of form. Unfortunately, I did hear that there were a few complaints from clients that they couldn't read it. Whatever. Just tilt it.

I'm in the "lousy eyesight" camp myself, so occassionally I'm torn between loving a design and bemoaning how it hurts my eyes. That being said, I LOVE this; the strain is worth it!
Thanks Christina. I hear you on the eyesight thing, but this wasn't a novel. There were, like, 20 words to read, so I felt I could risk it on this occasion. Though it's pretty simple, it's actually one of my favorite things I've done while working for HH.
